About the producer

El Limón is a set of two farms that Maria Nieves Tantalean Fernandez and her husband, Ezequiel, manage. This particular lot comes from El Limón I in the Barro Negro micro region.  

 

Maria Nieves is also one of the founders of Alpes Andinos, an association based in La Coipa that share coffee resources and knowledge. Maria Nieves became vice president of the association in 2019 before moving into the president role in 2020.
