What shipping costs are involved?

We like to keep things straightforward so we offer a flat rate of $5 for courier delivery regardless of where you live in Aotearoa.

I live overseas but would like to order some coffee, is this possible?

Our website currently does not have any international shipping options integrated but we'd love to share these lovely coffees with our friends abroad so stay tuned.

How long until my coffee arrives?

We'll ship your coffee shortly after you order and provide you with a tracking number when we do.

We courier all our coffees so you can expect the delivery to take, approximately 2-5 business days

 

If you're worried about where your coffee is, send us an e-mail at hammerstonecoffee@gmail.com and we'll do our best to track it down.

Return Policy

We take quality very seriously at Hammerstone Coffee.

If (for whatever reason), you are unhappy with your product then please don't hesitate to reach out to us at hammerstonecoffee@gmail.com and we'll do our very best to reconcile that.

 

Due to the nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. 

If your product, however, differs from what you had ordered or does not meet your expectations then get in touch and we'll get the correct product to you as soon as we can.
