Jamm - a rounded, sweet blend designed to highlight and elevate the texture and sweetness in your coffee.

Lylac - a complex, elegant blend designed to highlight and elevate florals or more subtle characteristics in your coffee.

How to use your APAX LAB Mineral Concentrates

BREW WATER MINERALISATION

We recommend using demineralised or low-mineral content water. For every litre of water, incorporate 3 to 4 grams of APAX LAB Mineral Concentrate.

This method guarantees a more uniform and duplicable base, ensuring seamless integration of the minerals.

POST-BREWING MINERALISATION

This method involves releasing drops directly into the cup after making a coffee.

  • FILTER
    Start with 3 drops and go up to 12 if needed

  • ESPRESSO
    Start with 1 drop and go up to 3 if needed

  • MILK-BASED
    Start with 3 drops and go up to 12 if needed
