Jairo Arcila is father to Cofinet founders, Felipe and Carlos Arcila. Jairo has been working in the coffee industry for over 45 years - primarily as a mill manager for Colombia's 2nd largest exporter, RaCafe.
Since retiring in 2019, Jairo Arcila began working towards his managing his own coffee plantations. Finca Villarazo is one such coffee plantation alongside Mazatlan, Buenos Aires, Santa Monica and Maracay.
